Abstract
Before we look at how to solve real-world problems, we should agree on what actually constitutes a problem. Listed in Frame 1.1 are some descriptions of what a problem is. There are four things implicit in most of these descriptions:
-
We have recognized that there is a problem.
-
We do not know how to resolve this problem.
-
We want to resolve it.
-
We (perceive that we) are able to implement a solution when we find it.
