Abstract

Under service conditions soil tends to stick to the working surfaces of agricultural machinery plowshares, for example) and this greatly impedes the operation of the machine, since the motive power supplied is used in overcoming the adhesive forces and friction between the soil and the working surface as well as the ordinary resistance of the soil.
