By this point you have learned a bit about what drugs are, what they can do to you, and some risks you encounter when you take them. Now, you are facing a decision. Are the experiences that you have had with drugs or alcohol “normal,” or is there a reason to seek help? I hope this chapter will help you to make up your mind.
