Abstract

This letter and similar comments from others have helped me understand aspects of anxiety disease that I had never thought about before. Spouses and other family members do not understand anxiety disease any better than the patients who have it. This causes not only a hellish nightmare for them, but has to make the anxiety sufferer feel even worse.

One hug is worth a thousand nags.
