Signed at Brussels on 8 April 1965. The Protocol on the Privileges and Immunities of the European Communities, the Final Act (without the Annexes) and the Decision by the Representatives of the Governments of the Member States relating to the provisional installation of certain institutions and services of the Communities have been included.
