Abstract

Chemical processes in low-temperature plasmas (T ~ 103–5 × 104 °K) and in plasma jets are attracting ever increasing attention. In this temperature range, deviations from the classical description of chemical processes due to the non-equilibrium and relaxation characteristics of systems, collective effects and specific features of elementary events are important.
