Abstract

The myths created at Farm Hall are still with us today. They have even taken on a life of their own. No amount of historical research or analysis of what the German uranium scientists did or did not do during the Third Reich has been able to dispel them.808 This chapter will investigate exactly how these myths have evolved and why they are so persistent.
