Abstract

Is it time to change the rules by which the games of science are played? Many women scientists believe that it is. There can be a better ethos. When we state this, what do we mean? Ethical behavior connotes honesty, justice, compassion, caring, nurturing of others. Certainly it can be effective as the traditional power play of “king of the mountain” and deserves to be tested.
