Abstract

Within the last 10 years it has become increasingly evident that the possibilities for self-regulation are only beginning to be realized and that many questions remain unanswered. The fields of psychophysiology and psychoneuroimmunology have expanded the concept of self-regulation and provided us with a glimpse of the human potential for healing.
