Abstract
A characteristic property of ferroelectric crystals is that they show spontaneous polarization in some temperature range. The phase transition from the paraelectric state (in which the spontaneous polarization is equal to zero) to the ferroelectric state, which occurs at the definite temperature Ttr (transition temperature), is accompanied by a change in crystal symmetry, and by characteristic properties of the physical parameters.
