Abstract

The concept of the health of man is not only related to the process of ecological adaptation but also implies an integrated vision of the reality of the individual. It must satisfy the needs and growing demands which appear over the course of life’s development. The Cuban programmes to be described will therefore relate to the realization of the individual’s full humanity within the existing community of whatever advanced age.
