Abstract

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils, which are obtained from aromatic plants, to promote health and wellbeing. This ancient art has become increasingly popular and can be used as a leisure activity which enables people with profound and multiple impairments to experience relaxing and soothing touch, enhanced with fragrant oils.
