A Hospital Evaluation: The Problem-Seeking Method

  • Chapter
Building Evaluation

Abstract

Of all the steps involved in realizing a health care building program, evaluating the final product is an important but often overlooked step. The primary gauge that is used for measuring success is user and client satisfaction. Evaluation is part of an ongoing process that looks back, but its benefits are in the future, to both the health care administrator and the architect.
