Abstract
We hope the above song line is not true, for we have attempted throughout the book to present both ideas and techniques to improve your ability to be a better producer or consumer of program evaluation. We have suggested that program evaluation is an untraveled road, rocky and full of quagmires. Having a field guide will help you avoid those areas where you need fancy equipment; but there are many areas one can go and enjoy tremendously by simply following the map (field guide) that we have proposed.
After more and more changes, we are more or less the same.
