Abstract
In this third chapter, my aim is to explore answers to this question: What is the occupational therapy profession doing to deliver quality care? But why this question? From the practising occupational therapist’s point of view, the impelling emotional force of helping people can be guided by rules which will enable the occupational therapist to protect herself and the client/consumer. Occupational therapists in management positions have another objective, and this is to ensure that their service provides satisfaction to consumers.
