Abstract
An 18×24 cm cassette is placed longitudinally in the erect bucky. A lead-rubber cape is applied to the patient’s shoulders as radiation protection. The patient is seated with the forehead in contact with the bucky, OMBL (see page 160) and MSP perpendicular to it. The middle of the cassette is coincident with the middle of the inferior orbital margin on the side under examination.
