Abstract
A new detector has been developed, which can measure the 1- and 2-dimensional distribution of ionizing radiation from radioisotopes present on thin-layer chromatography (TLC) plates, electrophoresis gels or indeed any surface distribution of ionizing radiation, (i.e. protein distributions, blots, DNA-sequences, tissue sections).
