Abstract
Some of the IBM-Zurich work on superconducting Josephson memories will be reviewed.
The concept and first experiments on storage and detection of single-flux-quanta in long Josephson junctions and interferometers will be described.
Recent results on a main-memory array with a measured access time of 10 nsec will also be presented.
