Abstract

In undertaking a review of female reproductive biomarkers it is possible to identify at least two distinct approaches, both of which are relevant to the subject and may have generalized utility. The first is represented by an approach of linking comprehensive lists of tests of the physiology of reproduction within the various stages of the reproductive process. This has been the major thrust of the National Research Council1. This technique is extremely helpful to those not necessarily familiar with reproduction or the most recent developments in reproductive technology.
