Abstract

We seek exact solutions of the coupled nonlinear Schrödinger (CNLS) equations

$$ iu_t^ \pm = u_{xx}^ \pm + {\varepsilon _ \pm }(t){u^ \mp } + {\left\{ a \right._ \pm }(t){\left| {{u^ \pm }} \right|^2} + {\beta _ \pm }(t)\left. {{{\left| {{u^ \mp }} \right|}^2}} \right\}{u^ \pm } $$
