Abstract
One of the nice things about giving luncheon talks is that their function is primarily entertainment. I will therefore try to entertain you, while discussing an issue of critical importance — the evolution of the Internet. The theme of this workshop is that of network management and what I will try to do is emphasize some of the issues involved in managing the NREN.
