Clinical Application of a New HPLC Determination of Urinary Glycolate

Abstract

The availability of an accurate method for the determination of urinary glycolate (GLY) is suggested as a useful tool in the metabolic study of mild hyperoxaluric syndromes (1, 2). In this paper, we propose a new HPLC method for GLY determination.
