Abstract

People, like seeds, develop and change in a great variety of environments. In the natural world some changes are gradual, others sudden. Natural changes involve an interplay of forces, some from within an or ganizational system, some from outside of it. Sometimes the changes occur within the already existing organizational system, sometimes the organizational system itself changes.
