Laser Eye Protectors
Almost since the first laser was developed it has been known that laser eye protection has been necessary. Our eyes, because of their unique ability to focus light, are the most susceptible part of the human body to laser radiation. Protecting our eyes from laser light would be very easy if we did not need to see through the protection. A piece of metal or wood would perform just fine. But since we are required to perform tasks that require the use of our eyes, developing useful laser eye protectors can be a very complicated exercise.
