Abstract

A regulatory process is the process by which a control body collects the data and vital information from concerned institutions, organize and document this flow of information, compare and correlate the information provided by each contributing institution, then amalgamate the compiled information to produce a one homogeneous set of basic guidelines which can be the reference point for those who have contributed to this regulatory process or those who are entering the field without prior experience.
