Abstract

In this chapter the techniques of Mössbauer electron and Mössbauer x-ray scattering are introduced, and a section follows dealing with oxidation and corrosion studies. Some of the measurements of surface properties of steels are discussed and a short section deals with a study of amorphous thin films. The final section deals with work on ion-implanted alloys.
