Abstract
The Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs in Azure DevOps are service endpoints supporting HTTP operations. They allow you to retrieve, create, and update resources in Azure DevOps, including Azure Git and TFVC repositories. The REST APIs facilitate the development of extensions to Azure DevOps and help to integrate Azure DevOps with third-party tools. There are many extensions for Azure DevOps developed based on the REST APIs in the Visual Studio marketplace (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/), and they can be used to add features and enhancements to Azure DevOps.
