Abstract

One frequently hears Product Owners compared to entrepreneurs. In start-ups and single-product companies, it is common to find the founder, and CEO, is indeed the Product Owner. It is almost axiomatic that in the beginning there is one leader, one visionary, and there is no need to differentiate between these different roles.
