Credits go to John Eliot, PhD ( www.overachievement.com/ ), for introducing the phrases training mindset and trusting mindset. During training mindset, your task is to practice different aspects of your performance to approach perfection. Without a conscious effort, your development is limited. During the act itself when peak performance is required, any conscious effort on observing yourself decreases your performance. Your best option is to trust your abilities.
