Abstract
This chapter is dedicated to studying the business benefits of Azure chatbots by exploring different advantages of chatbots. We also look at measures used to demonstrate business benefits of chatbots. First, we examine some interesting statistics on chatbots to get a sense of their significance before going to the details of business benefits.
