Abstract
While it’s easy for us to focus on a particular tool as we establish a solid foundation to build Salesforce solutions without using code, it is critical to always remember that we are working with an immense and robust platform. Based on my years of experience with Salesforce, it is my fairly strong opinion that the most powerful and innovative solutions leverage multiple tools on the platform…not just one. Fortunately for us, Salesforce is proactively working to equip and enable us to produce multifaceted solutions. Lightning Bolt Solutions, introduced in 2018, are an example of this, supporting the delivery of solutions that include one or more of the following (see Figure 14-1):
