Updating PeopleSoft Cloud Manager

Abstract

Like any other PeopleSoft application, PeopleSoft Cloud Manager requires proper upkeep and maintenance. Also like any other PeopleSoft application, Oracle continues to evolve the functionality of PeopleSoft Cloud Manager, releasing new functionality, break fixes, and updates regularly. Applying these updates to the system is key to ensuring a stable and performant application. Oracle provides two different methodologies to successfully update your existing PeopleSoft Cloud Manager instance in place. First, you can apply updates to PeopleSoft Cloud Manager in a fashion much like updating your other PeopleSoft applications. This process utilizes a PUM image and Change Assistant to create a change package which you can then apply to your Cloud Manager instance. The second option available is to apply updates to your PeopleSoft Cloud Manager instance using a delivered and more automated manage updates functionality within the application.
