Abstract
The User Profile Service is one of the core services in nearly all SharePoint Server deployments. This service provides information about users, OneDrive for Business, Social features, and Audiences, among other features. In this chapter, we will go through the options available for Active Directory synchronization, OneDrive for Business On-Premises setup, Audience configuration, and finally using the OneDrive Next Gen Sync Client.
