Abstract
Performance is the primary driver for end-user satisfaction. User-centric DXP platforms aim to provide optimal performance at all touch points. Performance also directly impacts user traffic, user retention, online revenue, and conversion rate. Page performance is also used by some web search engines for ranking the web page in further improving the site traffic.
