Abstract

As we are going to explore the QnAMaker service, which is part of Azure Cognitive services, it’s good to build context around the Azure cognitive services first. By this time, you should have your very own FAQ Bot developed using the Cognitive QnAMaker service, with a QnAMaker knowledgebase connected to different social channels. If not, I recommend that you have one. This chapter explains how to deal with the QnAMaker knowledgebase post-production deployment of your bot. In the last chapter, I presented the build management activities associated with your bot application code, both online and offline, but for a smart and efficient bot, we need the knowledgebase to be up to date.
