Mastering Microsoft Teams

Abstract

Some parts of Microsoft Teams are new and built with open source technologies, which is a different direction for Microsoft. Due to this (and other reasons), you will possibly find issues with the application when you use it. You will also most likely encounter some limitations in trying to accomplish your tasks as you work with it daily. Although this might sound a bit discouraging, Microsoft is investing in Microsoft Teams a great deal—more so than some of its other software. Depending on when you are reading this book (compared to when it was written), knowing the roadmap, issues, and user feedback can help make a realistic plan in how to use Microsoft Teams. In this chapter, we discuss issues that may occur when using Microsoft Teams.
