Abstract
Microsoft Teams offers a suite of communication tools that empower team members to be engaged and collaborative with one another. In the modern world, team members are on the go and often work from remote locations away from their team. Having reliable virtual communication options is absolutely essential to drive productivity by working together and making decisions. In this chapter, we’ll discuss voice, video, imagery, chat, and other ways to communicate in Microsoft Teams.
