Abstract

They look like sharks, Leigh Freemark thought to herself for the second time in two weeks. She sat at the far end of the table in the executive boardroom on the 17th floor. Facing her around the table were CEO Bob Cartwright at the far end, Helen Humphries to his right, Alicia to his left, then Derek and Arthur. Lester Greene was there, too, as well as two other members of Renway’s legal counsel whom she did not recognize.
