Abstract
In many cases, Entity Framework Core can create a database schema in forward engineering based solely on conventions from an object model. However, the previous chapter has already shown that conventions are not always enough to create a valid database schema. Tutoring for the software developer was necessary to create composite primary keys, to create primary keys for inheriting classes, and to deactivate the cascading deletion; otherwise, the database results in circular deletion operations.
