Abstract

One of the most important things to remember when working with a database is to sure that the data you are putting into the database is as clean as possible. Let’s say you are a customer service rep and you get a call from John Smith. One of the first things you are supposed to do is verify his information. Now I’m not putting down CSRs, as they have a tough job, but some of them are like Anchorman and will just read what is in front of them.
