Abstract

Conversations refer to the process of exchanging ideas and content between multiple parties. When two or more people talk to each other, they have entered a conversation. Bot implementation is all about conversations. A bot mimics and simulates conversation as two humans would converse in their natural form. Bots are implemented to hear and talk to their users, provide information, guide them, act on their behalf, and keep providing updates about its current state. A conversation with a bot could be text or speech driven.
