Abstract
As the acceptance of fresh or renewed technologies like machine learning and artificial intelligence gains momentum, companies are revisiting their understanding of their business requirements. In order to recognize the business functions and business need that will lead to the highest value, decision makers have shown the readiness to invest in fresh technologies. During this journey, most of them discover that these technologies have huge value and potential. They also learn, that without disruption, their businesses will fail.
