Abstract
Let's look at all the ways of powering the Raspberry Pi and its associated devices, including batteries for making it portable or running it in your car or other vehicle. Batteries may even provide power for control functions on board a quadcopter or some other type of radio-controlled model aircraft. And—not surprisingly considering the topic of this book—powering the RPi and associated devices enables making your music and video truly portable.
