Abstract
Multi-state objects, or MSOs as they are commonly referred to, add a wealth of opportunity with interactive publications. MSOs can be used with fixed layout EPUBs and Adobe Publish Online (Preview). You can export a document with MSOs to Interactive PDF files with a workaround, but unfortunately they only work on desktop computers. As of this writing, I haven’t found a PDF reader that supports MSOs in PDF files.
