Agile has been in the limelight for well over a dozen years. Agile has secured its place within the software development community and now it is spreading into many other areas of business where the incremental nature and promise of better business outcomes are very tantalizing. Many people are realizing that a more iterative approach allows them the flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of customers and the continuous churning of the marketplace. Others would like to apply Agile because they are hearing about it from all corners of their professional life and think maybe its time to get on the bandwagon.
