Abstract
Majora Carter is the cofounder and CEO of StartUp Box, a social enterprise on a mission to enable and empower people from low-status communities in America to join the tech economy. Opportunities and support offered through the enterprise include employment in quality assurance testing, lessons in financial literacy, community events space, gaming tournaments, mentorship, and a Wi-Fi café.
