Abstract

Having a good backlog with product backlog items that have detailed descriptions and acceptance criteria is a huge step in the right direction. This will help your team know what to build and build it correctly. That doesn’t mean that things will always go as you hope. Figuring out what the customer really wants can be a difficult task. Sometimes you end up building the wrong thing. This costs time and money and damages the relationship with your stakeholders. Helping customers get a clear picture of what they want is difficult, but this chapter will help you by explaining how you can easily share ideas with your customers and get their feedback.
