Abstract
Although the name of this chapter contains Engineered Systems, this chapter is mostly concentrates on a single engineered system named Exadata, which is the most widely used Oracle engineered system of all time. Because engineered systems such as Exalytics and SuperCluster are not that suitable for EBS 12.2, most customers prefer to place their EBS databases in Exadata to utilize an engineered system for EBS environments.
