Accelerate SAP Implementation Using RDS

Abstract

Typically, ERP solutions are perceived to be complex with too many unknown risks that you might discover along the way. The irony is that most issues escalate during the integration and UAT phases, thus plaguing the ERP implementation project due to pitfalls such as scope creep, and lack of end user or business SME support. You need options such as an agile methodology for faster implementations using a rapid build approach, instead of a big-bang approach, where users have the visibility to test the solution. SAP RDS is a rapid prototype method, where preconfigured scenarios are easy to deploy in less than eight weeks.
