Abstract
Nothing says you’re an IT Pro better than a good knowledge of Microsoft’s Sysinternals suite. First developed by Bryce Cogswell and Mark Russinovich in 1996, it was bought ten years later by Microsoft, for whom Russinovich now works as a senior technical fellow, and sits as part of Microsoft’s TechNet web site. You can find Sysinternals on the Microsoft web site at https://technet.microsoft.com/Sysinternals.
